eggs
12 cup
rolled oats
12 tsp, optional

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Using a basting brush, brush pan with oil and add spoonfuls of batter to make four pancakes. Cook until golden brown, approximately 3–5 minutes per side.
Tips

Make ahead and freeze for a quick meal anytime. Simply reheat and eat.
