Ingredients


Makes: 6 - 8 servings
  • 1 pkg
  • 1 1/3 C (330 ml) brown rice
  • 2 C (500 ml) water
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) low-sodium diced tomatoes

Preparation


 
  • In a large pot, add Jambalaya Recipe Seasoning Mix, rice, water and tomatoes and set over medium-high heat. Allow to simmer without stirring.
  • Reduce heat to medium and cook for 40-45 minutes. Serve.
